Returns & Refunds Policy We only accept returns and issue refunds for items damaged during shipping. Eligibility Items must arrive damaged due to shipping. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. How to Claim Email us at orders@drinkbalance.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Resolution Once your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Note We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or any reason other than shipping damage.
